Terms of Service
Last updated: March 23, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using CertifyAll ("the add-on", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the add-on.
2. Description of service
CertifyAll is a Google Workspace Marketplace add-on that automatically generates PDF certificates from Google Slides templates when respondents submit a Google Form. The add-on operates entirely within your Google Workspace account.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must have a Google account to use CertifyAll. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a Pro subscription.
4. Free and paid plans
- Free plan: Includes up to 20 certificates per month with a CertifyAll watermark on generated certificates. The free plan is available indefinitely with no payment required.
- Pro plan: A paid subscription at $5.99/month that removes the watermark, removes the monthly certificate limit, and includes priority support. Payment is processed by Polar.sh.
5. Billing and cancellation
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar.sh. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Polar account. Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
- Certificates already generated are not affected — they remain in your Drive.
6. Refunds
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro payment if you are not satisfied. Contact support@certifyall.app to request a refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
7. Your content
You retain full ownership of your Google Forms, Google Slides templates, and generated certificates. CertifyAll does not claim any rights to your content. We do not access or store your content outside of your Google account.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use CertifyAll to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited emails.
- Generate certificates that contain illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits through technical means.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the add-on.
- Resell or redistribute the add-on or Pro license keys.
9. Service availability
CertifyAll depends on Google Workspace APIs and is subject to Google's availability, quotas, and terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Google Apps Script imposes daily limits on email sending (100/day for free Gmail, 1,500/day for Google Workspace accounts) and script execution time. These limits are outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
CertifyAll is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the add-on.
- We are not liable for certificates that fail to generate or deliver due to Google API outages, quota limits, or template errors.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Pro plan in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CertifyAll if you violate these terms. You may stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it from your Google account.
